1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content hosted on Wefier infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including the items listed below.

2. What your notice must include

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

Identification of the infringing material and its location (the URL).

Your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.

Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information.

4. Repeat infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
